Responsibilities
Perform bank, credit card, loan, and liability account reconciliations
Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Code and match transactions within QuickBooks Online bank feeds
Enter and post customer payments in QuickBooks Online
Enter vendor invoices and process payments through QuickBooks Online
Ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions to the correct chart of accounts and accounting periods
Prepare and post payroll journal entries
Produce, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and post prepaid and accrual journal entries
Assist with various ad hoc accounting projects and tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 4 years of full‑cycle business accounting experience
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial documentation, and reconciliation processes
Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and strong analytical skills
Thorough knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow direction when needed
Strong decision‑making skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Self‑starter with the ability to adapt, prioritize, and manage competing responsibilities
