Area Sales Manager
Auxo Talent is a global supplier of advanced automation solutions seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in their target markets. The Area Sales Manager will focus on large account management, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth within the industrial automation sector.
Responsibilities
Drive business development and sales initiatives with focus on strategic accounts and high-value partnerships
Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
Partner with end-users on product validation, testing, and prototype development
Develop relationships with equipment manufacturers and system integrators to facilitate technology adoption at scale
Build and maintain relationships with partners and key stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline using CRM systems
Contribute to expanding market presence and increasing market share in the region
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in business, sales, or related field
Demonstrated success in a comparable sales role, preferably within industrial or technology sectors
Substantial experience in sales, channel management, and enterprise account management
Track record of successfully managing and expanding relationships with large industrial clients
Technical understanding of robotics or automation systems
Knowledge of the regional industrial landscape including medical devices, automotive/aerospace components, electronics manufacturing, and pharmaceutical/biotech sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship development abilities
Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms
Fluency in English required
Preferred
Spanish language skills
