Responsibilities

Conduct testing and related tasks, including sample collection, sand/proppant analysis, air quality monitoring, and data entry

Observe, report, and resolve potential operational or safety concerns

Maintain lab standards and train employees on procedures, safety practices, and company policies

Manage processes and equipment, coordinating with procurement, accounting, and other departments

Collaborate with management and operations to plan and achieve production goals while maintaining quality standards

Participate in daily safety briefings and ensure smooth shift handovers

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

High School Diploma or GED required

0–2 years of relevant lab or quality control experience
