8+ years expThe Hershey Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Products to build, scale, and operate enterprise-grade data products that serve as reusable assets across its business domains. This role is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, ensuring they are technically strong and adoption-ready, and leads domain-aligned data product teams while partnering closely with Data Platform Engineering.

Responsibilities
Define and own the data product roadmap across assigned domains; ensure products align to enterprise architecture, standards, and business priorities
Ensure data products are designed for scale, performance, security, and reuse; partner with Platform Engineering on patterns, pipelines, and data models
Lead execution of data products end-to-end, including backlog prioritization, delivery planning, release management, and ongoing operational support
Ensure data products meet governance requirements (definitions, lineage, certification, quality) using enterprise governance and catalog tools
Lead and develop product managers, analysts, and engineers; partner closely with business domain leaders to ensure relevance and adoption
Qualification
Required
Strong technical depth in data engineering, analytics architecture, and data modeling
Experience building enterprise-scale data products, not one-off reports or dashboards
Ability to translate business needs into scalable data product designs
Deep understanding of data lifecycle management, from ingestion to consumption
Experience working with data governance platforms (catalog, lineage, quality, certification)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across engineering and business teams
Ability to manage complex delivery portfolios and dependencies
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
8–12 years of experience in data, analytics, or engineering roles
5+ years leading data products, analytics platforms, or data engineering teams
Preferred
Advanced degree preferred but not required
Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or complex enterprise environments preferred
