Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate program in construction, engineering, or a related field

Have reliable transportation and/or the ability to travel or relocate for the summer

Possess excellent organizational and time management skills

Eager to learn and develop new skills in construction and project management

Take detailed notes to capture important insights and instructions

Open to constructive feedback and focused on improving performance
