Associate Brand Partnerships Manager
tms is a global agency that unites technology, marketing, and sourcing to drive transformational change for leading brands. The Associate Brand Partnerships Manager will support the Happy Meal Brand Partnerships team in driving projects related to licensing and planning, focusing on developing innovative programs and products for McDonald's.

Responsibilities
Support building the Brand Partnerships Department – focusing on trend spotting and a deep understanding of the key industries that we work on
Support on gathering data and insights to develop strategic reporting materials (internal & external) to educate and share knowledge and how this impacts our business
Support during Planning Process working with:
Internal stakeholders (agency partners & team members) milestones & deliverables
Support with data & insights in continuing to position tms as the key stakeholder when it comes to industry expertise
Booking in meetings, managing agendas, and taking minutes
Create and manage multi-disciplinary timelines for all global HM projects, working with delivery leads to ensure they are accurate, achievable, aligned and updated
Qualification
Required
+2 years of relevant experience in Project Management and/or Account Management
You will be a motivated person who approaches new tasks with enthusiasm and willingness to learn
You will be highly organized with the ability to prioritize a fast-paced workload to meet multiple deadlines
Have excellent attention to detail
You will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm approach to busy situations with an ability to multi-task effectively
You will have a process driven mind-set – able to work within guidelines and to tight timelines
You will have experience of projects with complex dependencies and/or multi-disciplinary outputs
You will be curious and want to get into the detail. You will want to understand and be motivated to help resolve stakeholder challenges
Excellent digital literacy and computer skills, especially with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred
Experience working on a global team
Familiarity with online database platforms and tools to support data management
