Responsibilities

Distill conversations into concise requirements

Ensure consistency and clarity in workflows that support ASTM’s cross-functional teams

Review, update, and create project management templates to align stakeholders across engineering, legal, compliance, and accounting

Design and implement dashboards to monitor KPIs and automatically track project health

Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and enhance project visibility

Work closely with project managers and team leads to understand needs and deliver practical solutions

Required

Must be enrolled in a related Bachelor's degree program as a rising Junior or Senior at an accredited College or University

Strong interest in data driven decisions, project management, operations, or business process improvement

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Monday, Wrike, or similar)

Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel dashboards)

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
