WITRON Group is a leader in providing automated warehouse solutions, and they are seeking a Technical Sales and Design Engineer to support their Business Development & Engineering team. The role involves collaborating with customers and internal teams to design and deliver innovative logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between potential customers and WITRON’s design center in Germany
Work with potential customers to define design requirements and collect data
Work with colleagues to analyze data and present analysis results to potential customers
Present designs to potential customers
Assist in project hand-over to project management team once a contract has been signed

Required

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a customer-facing technical role
4-year degree in a related field required
Basic knowledge of industrial automation and warehouse operations
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve objectives
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey ideas, pitch products/services, and build relationships
Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading and motivating teams, delegating tasks, and fostering collaboration to achieve goals
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, and resource allocation to make informed decisions and optimize ROI
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Access
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT
Availability to travel frequently to various locations in the U.S., Canada, and Europe

Preferred

BS Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred
Knowledge of German language helpful but not required
