Omni Fort Worth Hotel is inviting candidates for their Omni Care Internship, aimed at providing hands-on training in human resources within the hotel business. Interns will rotate through various departments and support HR functions, with the opportunity for acceptance into the Leader in Development program based on performance.

Responsibilities

Flexible in working various entry level service positions within the property
Position will rotate between various projects and focus areas supporting all Human Resources functions at the hotel. Additional departments/roles may be added based on business needs
Attend to and anticipate our associate's needs
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in scheduling
Demonstrate excellent teamwork
Attend Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars through the summer season
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources Leader

Qualification

Customer service skillsCommunication skillsMicrosoft Office proficiencyAdaptabilityWillingness to learnTeamwork

Required

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal required
Strong customer service skills
Willingness to learn and take on different projects
Ability to adapt to changing environments
Ability to use Microsoft Office products, including Word and Powerpoint
Must be able to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean during daily business for extended periods of time

Preferred

Human Resources or Hospitality major preferred, but not required
Graduated with honors preferred, but not required
Previous experience in a customer service position preferred
