Commercial Roofing Account Manager
North American Roofing Services LLC is seeking a motivated Account Manager for a field-based, customer-facing sales position. The role focuses on building trust with enterprise customers, managing strategic accounts, and executing sales initiatives to drive regional growth and create long-term value.

Responsibilities
Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles with customers, focusing on attaining regional and enterprise-wide deployments
Apply the company’s sales model to identify, develop, and convert new leads
Develop and manage account specific strategies to educate and engage appropriate, decision-making personnel, resulting in the generation of sales
Collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to deliver the best possible customer experience
Bring your experience and consultative selling skills to re-initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
Possess the skills to open new regional, corporate, or national accounts
Analyze the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position NAR’s value and solutions
Engage a programmatic approach to demand generation to expand wallet share in existing and new accounts
Leverage prospect issues and concerns to create compelling value propositions with insights to existing and new accounts
Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect NARs products and services
Proactively identify and network with decision-makers across regional and national accounts to capture and grow business opportunities
Build customer relationships, prepare presentation materials, prospect, and close on accounts

Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B sales experience with a heavy emphasis in solution selling
2+ years of experience in selling to large enterprise accounts both new and existing
Experience in roofing, facilities, and/or commercial construction sales
Experience in long cycle sales involving big ticket capital expenditures
Strong skills in relationship building, presentation, problem solving, prospecting and closing
Proficient in CRM in either HubSpot or Salesforce
Know how to create, present, and articulate an account strategy and tactical planning, in writing and stored in CRM
Proficient skills in Microsoft outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Advanced communication and negotiation skills in challenging sales situations
Able to Lead all aspects of the sales cycle with the ability to uncover, qualify, develop, spec and close new business in new accounts and existing accounts
Preferred
Preferred experience and knowledge of commercial roofing and/or in selling contractor type services to large enterprises
Preferred training on MS Dynamics
Preferred experience cultivating beneficial relationships with consultants
Preferred experience with SPIN, Sandler, The Challenger, or other sales strategies
