Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
Answering incoming calls, including those from current clients and individuals seeking legal assistance
Supporting case management activities, including client correspondence and file organization
Proofreading documents and assisting with general administrative and clerical tasks

Required

Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
3-4 years of experience in an office or administrative environment
Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, procedures related to the timely filing of pleadings
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines
Positive, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred

Paralegal Certificate
Notary Public Commission
Ability to speak Spanish fluently
Familiar with the legal process and legal pleadings, able to answer a multi-line telephone
