Responsibilities
Drive Impact: Use your sales expertise to clearly communicate the life-changing value of CreditAssociates' debt relief program to qualified prospects
Engage with Prospects: Handle inbound calls from leads generated by our high-performance marketing campaigns and make outbound calls to effectively manage and grow your own pipeline
Master Your Sales Process: Navigate Salesforce with ease while expertly guiding prospects through every stage of the sales process—ensuring a smooth, positive experience
Be a Problem Solver: Show empathy and understanding as you position our services as the ultimate solution to your prospects’ financial challenges
Qualification
Required
Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Flexible & Committed: Ability to adapt to flexible work hours as needed and maintain a strong commitment to achieving success
Salesforce Experience: A plus, but not a dealbreaker—if you're willing to learn, we're here to support you
Preferred
Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
Business-to-Consumer Experience: Prior experience in B2C sales is a big plus!
