Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations: greet patients, answer and triage calls, and assist with scheduling
Support Study Coordinators with administrative tasks and documentation
Collect clinical data: vital signs, EKGs, patient interviews, and chart reviews
Perform phlebotomy and handle lab specimen collection, processing, and shipping
Collaborate effectively with the Clinical Research team, maintaining professionalism and strong communication
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Phlebotomy experience required
Preferred
1+ year as a Medical Assistant or 6+ months in a medical office
Background in clinical research or healthcare preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; CRIO or research database experience a plus
Willingness to learn lab and research procedures
