Responsibilities
Control Account Management (CAM) and Work Package Management (WPM)
Program performance — Earned Value Management (EVM), cost, schedule, and quality Statement of Work (SOW) analysis, proposal development (genBOE), and program baselining
Requirements analysis, Interface Control Document (ICD) analysis, development of one‑line interconnects, point‑to‑point schematics, and cable‑harness assembly drawings (primarily in Zuken E3)
Peer review and EPDM release; Technical Data Package (TDP) deliveries
Cable build and production or installation support
Potential customer engagement/travel, such as aircraft surveys
POTENTIAL for Leading small teams of colleagues on larger designs, mentoring and coaching less‑experienced team members
Qualification
Required

Experience with the following tools: Windchill/EPDM, AutoCAD, Zuken E3
Experience with systems‑power tasks such as MIL‑STD‑704, power distribution, electrical loads analysis, and power‑quality compatibility analysis
