Latitude Legal is seeking an In-House Litigation Attorney to join their team in New York City. This role offers top-tier litigation work within a collaborative in-house environment, focusing on personal injury and premises liability cases.

Responsibilities

7+ years of experience litigating commercial/business matters in state and federal courts. Preference given for experience litigating in the courts located in and around New York City
Prior experience drafting and responding to written discovery
Ability to independently conduct witness interviews
Strong legal research and writing skills
Skilled at drafting motions and other pleadings with minimal supervision

Required

7+ years of experience litigating commercial/business matters in state and federal courts
Prior experience drafting and responding to written discovery

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensed to practice law (New York preferred)
Outstanding professional references

Preferred

Experience litigating in the courts located in and around New York City
Premises liability or personal injury experience in New York
New York sidewalk law experience
