Responsibilities
Collaborate with software planners and senior designers to translate product visions into user-friendly designs across desktop and mobile platforms
Assist in maintaining consistent UX/UI elements across multiple applications, ensuring design coherence in graphical elements, interaction patterns, and content appropriate to platform-specific conventions (e.g., iOS vs. Android, touchscreen vs. keyboard/mouse)
Partner with product management, customers, and analysts to gather and clarify user requirements, and help translate those into workable design concepts
Independently handle parts of the design process such as creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, under the mentorship and review of senior designers
Contribute to the development of interaction models and information architecture that support intuitive workflows for end-users under guidance from senior designers
Participate in user testing activities and help analyze feedback to refine designs
Assist in communicating design ideas and user scenarios to stakeholders including developers and business clients, ensuring clear understanding and alignment
Research current UX/UI trends, tools, and techniques to propose innovative solutions for complex interface challenges
Support production of design documentation and visual assets such as mockups, style guides, and UI components
Collaborate actively within Agile teams by participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Identify opportunities to improve existing user experiences and suggest enhancements
Work closely with developers to verify design feasibility and support accurate implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is required
Minimum Two years related experience
Working knowledge of standard UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar platforms
Solid understanding of interaction design, wireframing, user flows, and information architecture
Experience in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Preferred
Experience wit Digital Design
Experience working in an Ecommerce environment
Experience with mobile platforms including iOS, Android, and Windows
