Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives that safeguard operations across clinical, IT, and emergency preparedness domains

Partner with executive leadership to design and implement robust recovery strategies, risk assessments, and training programs

Coordinate diverse business units to ensure recovery objectives are achievable

Conduct risk and business impact analysis, recovery strategies, plans/playbooks, training, and testing/exercising to maintain overall resilience capability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, Emergency Management, or related field required

5-7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare resilience, emergency management, risk management, or business continuity

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards (Joint Commission, CMS, HIPAA, HHS, FEMA)

Proven experience leading crisis response and recovery efforts in a complex healthcare environment

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all clinical and administrative levels

Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure in high-stakes, matrixed environments

Understanding of healthcare delivery systems, IT resilience, and operational dependencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and develop effective contingency plans

Preferred

Master's degree

Certification in Business Continuity Management (CBCP, CHPCP, CCRP) or related certification
