They are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in the AI/ML space, ensuring a positive candidate experience and collaborating with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offers for mainly technical roles in the AI/ML space, including inference, compilers, kernel, performance, and optimization

Conduct initial application reviews and screening calls, and move candidates through the process in a timely manner

Ensure an excellent candidate and internal stakeholder experience for your roles

Communicate effectively with hiring teams and exchange information with all levels of management

Required

5+ years of technical recruiting experience

Experience recruiting in the AI/ML space and a strong understanding of the technical requirements for Modular's roles is a must, especially in AI/ML Infrastructure

High-growth startup experience or passion and/or willingness to work in a high-growth environment

Strong time-management, organization and prioritization skills, and ability to adapt to changing requirements

Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity; you take ownership and pride in your work

Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
