Responsibilities

Develop practices to improve safety, quality, efficiency, yield, productivity, and costs

Develop and optimize operating procedures

Minimize variability in the production process

Coordinate with suppliers to develop steel grades for specialized applications

Provide training to operating & maintenance teammates

Provide metallurgical assistance to customers

Qualification

Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgy, Material Science Engineering, or similar technical field
