BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. is seeking a high-potential Electro-Mechanical Lead to join their Maintenance team. This role involves performing hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance, leading maintenance technicians, and managing preventive maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting, repairs, and planned work
Lead and support maintenance technicians, setting expectations for safety, quality, and performance
Manage preventive maintenance activities using a CMMS
Troubleshoot industrial equipment quickly and independently to minimize downtime
Promote a strong safety culture, EHS compliance, and proactive concern-raising
Ensure the maintenance team has the tools, materials, and support needed for daily operations
Track and manage maintenance KPIs aligned with department and company goals
Coach, influence, and develop team members to deliver against business objectives

Required

Education: Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, operations, or supervision)
3–5 years in a manufacturing or production environment
Solid understanding of engineering concepts and maintenance repair methods
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Leadership experience (work, military, or academic)
Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and team-oriented mindset

Preferred

Lean Manufacturing and/or ISO 9001 experience
Background in industrial, packaging, or drive-component manufacturing
Project management experience
Experience with data analysis or basic programming
