Responsibilities
Assess the agentic commerce landscape and define new shopping experience opportunities
Develop capability roadmaps and requirements to deliver new agentic experiences
Align ideas, plans, and technical design with engineering leaders
Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others' differences and having the curiosity to learn
Qualification
Required
10+ years Product Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences in a revenue-driven organization
Proficient in web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms
Experience leveraging data and insights to deliver customer-facing digital products and capabilities globally
BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 10+ years of relevant professional experience
Preferred
Experience working in technology consulting, technology strategy, and/or a product development role
Track record of designing and delivering personalized experiences, incorporating the latest generative AI capabilities and user experience standards
Experience with Apple OS frameworks, AI toolkits, and Human Interface Guidelines
Ability to lead significant digital transformations, including adopting new technology platforms and defining operational processes
Capable of moving from high-level conceptual ideas to detailed, systematically organized plans and implementations
Proven ability to translate complex information into concise, and compelling narratives appropriate for different stakeholders, fostering alignment across all organizational levels
