Support delivery of agile projects
Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Track and manage project progress against goals and timelines
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices
Qualification
Required
Agile Scrum Master – Expert level (10+ years experience)
AWS knowledge
API development knowledge (Node.js)
P&C Insurance domain knowledge
Hands-on Scrum Master based in or near Cockeysville, MD
Willing to work from the client office 4 days per week
