Partner with our PIC and Medical Office Controller to develop a budget shortfall remediation plan
Develop a communication plan tailored to the needs of medical center constituents
Consult on the redesign of leadership team and operational oversight structures
Contribute to leadership development, focusing on physician leadership
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Proven experience in project management and consulting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or medical office environments
Knowledge of budget management and financial planning
Familiarity with leadership development programs
