Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage assigned contracts within contract management system
Identify legal, financial, risk management, tax, and other contract terms for review by subject matter experts
Assist attorneys in contract negotiations
Partner with and educate internal stakeholders on contract related issues
Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while constantly adapting to meet competing priorities
Collaborate with other Commercial Legal Services team members
Perform specified duties in a professional manner and in accordance with Alcon values and behaviors
Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualification

Contract review experienceContract draftingParalegal CertificateFive years paralegal experienceFluent in English

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Paralegal Certificate
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
Contract review experience

Preferred

Five years prior paralegal experience and Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree
Prior experience with contract drafting and management
