Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and internal policies
Provide legal guidance on compliance matters and risk mitigation

Maintain organized digital and physical legal records
Advise leadership on relevant legal developments and implications for company strategy
Perform additional legal duties as needed in support of business operations
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Active membership in any U.S. state bar (California Bar preferred)
2+ years of experience practicing law in a firm or in-house setting
Exceptional legal writing, contract drafting, and document review skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with executives and cross-functional teams
Preferred
Background in real estate, corporate, or regulatory law strongly preferred
