OneStream is seeking motivated candidates for its 2026 internship program. The Procurement Intern will gain hands-on experience in commodity management, contract negotiations, vendor management, and procurement operations, assisting with purchase requisitions and supporting vendor onboarding.

Responsibilities

Assist with purchase requisitions and purchase orders for specific procurement commodities
Support vendor onboarding
Participate in contract negotiations
Help track contract compliance
Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within procurement operation

Required

In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
3.0 GPA or higher
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Able to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
Understanding of customer service
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel

Preferred

Junior and graduate-level students preferred (graduating between December 2026 and May 2027)
Previous internship experience is nice to have, but not necessarily required
