Responsibilities
Perform warranty repairs, troubleshooting, and system maintenance under manufacturer/service contract terms
Conduct diagnostics, estimate repair needs, and execute fixes efficiently
Complete documentation, maintain truck stock, and ensure safety/compliance on every job
Provide top-notch customer service, representing ProSkill’s trusted reputation
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of HVAC service experience, preferably in residential repair and warranty work
Strong diagnostic skills and experience with a range of residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, etc.)
Valid EPA certification and applicable HVAC trade license (where required)
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to work independently in variable conditions (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)
Strong customer communication skills and a solutions-driven mindset
