Romex Pest Control is expanding and looking to add Customer Success Representatives to our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with a team, and creating positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
Build trust with customers and resolve concerns or service requests
Provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Keep accurate records of interactions and process accounts
Clear daily alerts by end of day
Assist with account audits as needed
Support the Billing team with monthly collection calls
Process Tech Out requests
Resolve escalated calls
Work collaboratively with the team in a fun, supportive environment

Required

Phone experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or GED required
Authorized to work in the United States
Must be available for the following schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM and Rotating Saturdays, 7 AM to 1 PM
English (Must)
Pleasant Grove, UT 84062 (Required)

Preferred

FieldRoutes/Pest Control experience is a PLUS
Spanish-speaking ability is a PLUS
