The role acts as a liaison between business teams, vendors, Supply Chain, and Accounting to ensure timely PO, invoice, and payment resolution.

Responsibilities
Support Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Accounts Payable operations
Handle vendor onboarding, invoice, and payment inquiries
Resolve PO, requisition, tolerance, and billing issues
Work with Coupa, Oracle, ServiceNow, and Excel reports
Monitor open POs, invoices, and compliance with S2P policies
Assist with training, documentation, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
4+ years experience in Accounts Payable / Accounting / Shared Services
Strong communication, customer service, and phone skills
Experience with S2P tools (Coupa preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
Oracle or Coupa experience
Advanced Excel
Training or mentoring experience
