Responsibilities

Lead Infor XM implementation projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget

Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and configuring Infor XM solutions to meet client needs

Provide expertise on best practices and industry standards during implementation

Configure a client business solution that includes integrations with ERP systems in customer environments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with client expectations

Conduct system testing, including developing and executing test plans

Maintain client relationships by providing expert advice and support throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required

Experience in enterprise software implementation/services, preferably in end-user-facing applications

Full lifecycle implementation experience using Infor XM or Expense Management applications like Concur, Coupa, Chrome River, and Expensify

Experience in software development (e.g., project management, Web-based Java/J2EE applications, and technologies like Apache, Tomcat, JSP, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and HTML)

Experience with databases like Oracle and MS SQL

Must be a US citizen or a US Permanent Resident

Willingness to travel throughout North America and Europe - approximately 50% travel
