Qualification
Required
A college diploma with a degree in therapeutic recreation, music therapy, COTA
Experience working in LTC/Memory Care
A desire to take care of others
A caring demeanor and positive attitude
The motivation to get tasks completed timely and efficiently
Oral and Written English Communication Skills
A teamwork attitude
Preferred
Music background preferred but not necessary
