Lead audit engagements from planning through completion for a variety of clients
Supervise, coach, and mentor junior staff and interns
Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans
Review workpapers prepared by staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm policies
Conduct analytical procedures to identify and resolve accounting and auditing issues
Prepare clear, concise, and well-organized audit documentation and deliverables
Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and progress to managers & partners
Qualification
Required
Lead audit engagements from planning through completion for a variety of clients

Conduct analytical procedures to identify and resolve accounting and auditing issues

Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and related auditing standards
Preferred
CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification
