This role focuses on developing leads into long-lasting customer relationships and involves responding to inbound leads, cold contacting businesses, and working closely with the marketing team to improve leads and contact lists.

Responsibilities

Review warm leads and initiate outreach

Set appointments for additional follow-up

Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email

Learn and understand how existing customers are using our products and explore other opportunities with existing customers

Attend industry trade shows

Make full use of Salesforce CRM for timely follow up and accurate data

Required

8+ years of sales experience

5+ years of outbound sales experience

5+ years of CRM management experience

3+ years of cold contacting experience

Ability to provide feedback to the marketing team about the quality of leads

Ability to learn and understand how existing customers are using products

Ability to attend industry trade shows

Ability to make full use of Salesforce CRM for timely follow up and accurate data
