The University System of Georgia (USG) is comprised of 26 higher education institutions, and they are seeking a Student Intern for their Information Technology Services (ITS) division. This internship offers students the opportunity to develop professional skills by working with ITS to provide network, infrastructure, and software solutions to support USG institutions.

Responsibilities

Work with Analysts in researching customer software issues

Develop, create, maintain, and write/code new (or modifies existing) scripts, API integrations, or specialized utility programs

Create and update well organized Excel spreadsheets for data input and easy information reference

Assist in administering ERP application system support tickets

Prepare and edit presentations and documentation for ITS initiatives, events, or deliverables

Assist with miscellaneous projects that involve analysis and preparation of system/application data

Required

Applicants must be enrolled in a University System of Georgia institution and completed two years of college prior to applying

Students must be in good academic standing to be considered

Please also include a brief overview of anticipated availability up to 20 hours per week for either summer or fall semesters (schedule is flexible and subject to change based on student availability)
