Debug agent failures, edge cases, and performance bottlenecks in production
Rapidly learn new audit workflows and ship agent improvements in hours, not weeks
Qualification
Required
AI agent systems experience (planning, memory, tool use, fault recovery)
Full-stack programming
Large-scale data processing (~100GB+ across processes/threads)
Production debugging - agent failures, edge cases, performance bottlenecks
