Mid, Senior LevelH-CAP, Healthcare Career Advancement Program is seeking a Training Delivery Manager to help build and lead a groundbreaking workforce-orientation program for Minnesota caregivers. The role involves overseeing the hiring and development of instructors, ensuring high-quality training delivery, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the orientation experience for home care workers.

Responsibilities
Oversee the hiring, professional development, and daily work of instructors
Conduct orientation sessions as a back-up facilitator as needed
Ensure orientation sessions are conducted with the highest level of quality and integrity
Identify areas for improvement in curriculum and training delivery, and develop recommendations for effective adoption of any approved changes
In collaboration with the Trust team, union leaders and staff, and other stakeholders, assist in the development of recruitment materials
Administer learner and instructor evaluations with an eye towards process improvement
Liaise with and support the SEIU Member Action Center as they respond to home care workers’ questions regarding orientation
Assist in administering disbursement of stipends to learners who complete orientation
Manage trust vendors
Other items as needed to run an effective educational program for the state’s consumer-directed home care workforce
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with home care
Experience delivering adult education, training, or other programs at scale
Familiarity with labor unions, disability justice and/or other movements for social justice
Excellent technology skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, virtual meeting software (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and data management and database skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience supervising and evaluating employees
Demonstrated ability to work independently, be organized, and pay attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
