Responsibilities

Provide continuous alert and machine monitoring to ensure high-quality security coverage and customer service for Knightscope clients
Identify, assess, and respond to security threats in a timely and professional manner
Analyze system data and generate clear, accurate reports for internal teams and external customers
Proactively identify operational issues and recommend solutions to improve RTX department performance
Support ongoing projects by troubleshooting issues and assisting with process improvements
Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently when required
Maintain flexibility to cover shifts as needed to ensure uninterrupted monitoring services

Required

Mid-level experience
Ability to provide continuous alert and machine monitoring
Ability to identify, assess, and respond to security threats
Ability to analyze system data and generate reports
Proactive identification of operational issues and recommending solutions
Ability to support ongoing projects and troubleshoot issues
Effective collaboration with team members and independent work
Flexibility to cover shifts as needed

Preferred

Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
Able to communicate clearly and work well both alone and with others
Organized, curious, and willing to learn
Computer and internet proficiency
Flexibility and willingness to cover shifts when needed
Experience with security, particularly in a CCTV or technology environment
Background in customer service
A strong desire to help build the future of security
