Data & Reporting Specialist II

The Data & Reporting Specialist II supports operational functions through portfolio analysis, account reconciliations, and report generation while providing assistance to Client Service Associates and interacting with custodians.

Responsibilities

Perform account reconciliations and client statement archiving
Process corporate actions and assist with portfolio analysis for front-office support
Create and update procedures for daily responsibilities
Cross-train for team coverage, including new/terminating accounts and security setup
Serve as backup for private equity data management in the accounting system (APX)
Monitor Operations email for ad hoc requests and inquiries
Complete other duties as assigned, including cost basis updates and daily custodial file retrieval

Required

Bachelor's degree (Accounting or Finance preferred)
0–3 years of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure
Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
General proficiency required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Must be willing to execute Corient's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement

Preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
Team-oriented and able to work independently
Prior experience at an RIA helpful
