Required

Proven experience supporting UKG Pro
Possess strong knowledge of HR, payroll processes, and reporting tools
Familiarity with SQL and data validation for issue investigation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills to interact with both business users and technical teams
Experience working on Scrum methodology
Experience with Jira/Ticketing systems
Teamwork and good client management skills needed
Can provide prompt responsiveness to incidents and service requests
Able to actively listen and be empathetic when handling user concerns
Possess a troubleshooting mindset

Preferred

Hands-on experience troubleshooting Cognos / BI reports is a plus
