Montium is seeking a proactive, detail-driven Revenue Operations Specialist to oversee the financial lifecycle and operational scalability of a high-growth multifamily portfolio. This role is pivotal in optimizing billing infrastructure and transitioning manual workflows into automated processes.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement standardized AR workflows within the ERP environment to reduce manual entry

Assist in the configuration and deployment of an autonomous collections engine, defining logic for automated notices, late fee assessments, and escalation triggers

Execute complex reconciliations between the General Ledger (GL) and sub-ledgers, resolving variances

Manage the full-cycle AR process, from monthly charge generation and ACH/EFT batch processing to deposit application and security deposit disposition

Perform root-cause analysis on billing anomalies and systemic payment failures; collaborate with the IT and Finance teams to deploy permanent systemic fixes

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)

Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel, including the use of Power Query, Pivot Tables, and advanced lookup functions (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) for data normalization and reporting

Ability to interpret complex lease contracts and subsidy agreements to ensure system-calculated charges align with legal and regulatory requirements

Preferred

2+ years of experience in high-volume AR; advanced proficiency in Yardi Voyager (specifically the Voyager 7S/residential module) or Entrata is preferred

Deep understanding of multifamily billing logic, including prorated rent calculations, utility RUBS (Ratio Utility Billing Systems), and HAP contract renewals highly preferred

Demonstrated experience in process mapping or migrating manual financial tasks to automated software solutions preferred
