Responsibilities
Reconcile raw material, WIP, and finished-goods inventory accounts
Review daily production, consumption, and scrap reporting
Perform monthly physical-to-book reconciliations and variance analysis
Partner with production to analyze yield, usage, and standard costs
Support month-end close: journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Collaborate across operations, quality, and supply-chain teams to improve accuracy and reduce waste
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
Familiarity with GAAP, inventory valuation (FIFO/standard costing), and COGS
Strong Excel and ERP skills (NetSuite a plus)
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
