Responsibilities
Administer the project risk management process and prepare risk management plans
Analyze plans, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare bid estimates for projects
Assess, plan, and engage project resources as needed throughout the life of the project
Communicate the project plan, including objectives and responsibilities, to the project team
Communicate with the customers and the project team, and conduct project meetings
Drive project delivery and ensure excellence in project deliverables
Maintain a project risk register and ensure that the project risk profile is accurate and current
Manage and oversee all aspects of customer service including scheduling
Qualification
Required
Strong background in engineering or other technical field, preferably 5+ years
Minimum eight (8) years of experience combined between program management and a technical field
Extensive experience in NPI programs
Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered
Preferred
Preferred candidate has experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred candidate has experience in an engineering leadership role
