Responsibilities

Responsible for technical relationships with the assigned customer. FAE is the go-to person as customer’s technical contacts
Manage product qualifications and activities, like customer specification collection, sample arrangement, technical issue management and effective customer communication
Responsible for handling the 1st level hands-on debugging
Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Represent and advocate customer needs and priorities to internal teams

Required

BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 3.5 GPA
Have desire to develop career in the storage industry
Effective communicator and interested in customer facing role
Strong team player
Basic understanding about computer hardware and software architectures
Familiar with Windows and/or Linux systems

Preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good project management skills
