Responsibilities
Lead QA efforts for onshore teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and project timelines
Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks to support Agile development
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
Act as the primary liaison between onshore and offshore QA teams, coordinating daily sync-ups and ensuring smooth communication
Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues promptly
Maintain comprehensive test documentation and provide regular QA status reports, tracking key metrics like test coverage and automation progress
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 6+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead role
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Java/Python for automation testing
Proven ability to manage and mentor offshore QA teams, ensuring effective communication and delivery
