Overseeing apartment work orders and turnovers to prepare units for new residents
Conducting repairs and maintenance on appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Maintaining common areas and property buildings to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Performing preventative maintenance to ensure everything functions properly and stays in top condition
Providing excellent customer service to residents and addressing maintenance requests with a positive attitude
Managing daily checklists, occasional tasks, and troubleshooting unexpected issues, making each day unique and engaging
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in maintenance or a similar field
Experience or training in plumbing, electrical, and general apartment maintenance
A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for solving problems effectively
Preferred
Residential community experience
CFC & HVAC certification
