Responsibilities
Serve as the OpCo’s Associate Engagement Captain – the primary person responsible for planning and coordinating holidays, events, and celebrations
Oversee the Employee of the Month Program
Assist with scheduling new hire orientation and scanning documents for I-9s
Respond to management and associate inquiries regarding policies and procedures
Serve a leading role on the Associate Engagement Committee
Assist with weekly orientation by translating English to Spanish as needed
Track employee birthdays and anniversaries, capturing photos and posting to LinkedIn and AppSpace
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records
Provide general administrative support to the President and HR team, including filing, scanning, and scheduling meetings
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information at all times
Qualification
Required
6 + months of admin experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to translate in real time during orientation and other meetings
Basic to intermediate Excel and Outlook skills
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and using Outlook email, Microsoft teams, and the phone
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
1 + years of admin experience
Proficient with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
