Parts and Service Sales Representative

Sonsray Inc is the West Coast's largest Thermo King & CASE dealership, dedicated to supporting the construction, transportation, and agriculture industries. The Parts and Service Sales Representative will be responsible for growing parts and service sales by establishing customer relationships and promoting product support offerings within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains customer relationships
Markets and sells the value of parts and service
Finds new markets, customers and applications within territory
Develops good knowledge of competitive products and suppliers
Provides input on annual forecasts for territory potential
Resolves customer issues
Works with Parts and Service Managers on goals and marketing ideas
Measures undercarriage of equipment
Provides the customer with information to manage their equipment at the lowest cost per hour
Keeps good customer records
Perform miscellaneous related duties as required and assigned by the manager

Required

5+ years of sales experience required; experience in heavy equipment, machinery, agriculture, or automotive strongly preferred
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships in an outside sales environment
Basic working knowledge of engine, hydraulic, and electrical systems, as well as fleet maintenance concepts
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts within an assigned territory
Highly organized with the ability to manage customer data and activities in a CRM system
Valid driver's license with a good driving record; must be comfortable traveling within assigned territory
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and handle multiple priorities assigned by management due to operational needs
Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
