BDS Connected Solutions, LLC. is looking to expand its Meta Lab Retail team at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas, NV. As a Meta Experience Expert, you will provide immersive demonstrations of wearable and mixed reality technology, educating consumers and enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features and benefits of our client’s products including accessories

Conduct world-class demonstrations of our clients’ mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with consumers that influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them

Process consumer transactions using our clients Point of Sale (POS) system

Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met

Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays

Show up on time with a can-do attitude, ready to support team goals and daily operations

Other duties as assigned by management

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail

Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling

Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on camera

Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers

Must be results and detail-oriented

Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology

Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener

High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Able to work well in a team environment

Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time

Flexible availability including nights & weekends

Availability for on-and off-site events, including occasional shifts outside of regular store hours

Engaging with customers while talking, standing, walking, and conducting demos of our client's product which includes repetitive use of hands, arms, legs and grasping

Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
