Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a vulnerability management solution and roadmap in order to mitigate threats and risk across the organization’s assets
Provide expert consultative services on vulnerability risks and remediation across the different business units
Define security baselines and standards for the vulnerability management program inclusive of processes leveraging CIS benchmarks or NIST framework
Evaluate and perform risk assessments on assets to be prioritized within remediation timelines based off of severity
Maintain and communicate an up-to-date knowledge of the latest threat landscape
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles
Passion for implementing cutting-edge technology
Skilled at developing and assisting in the deployment and operation of a vulnerability management solution
Ability to effectively execute project/initiatives to address gaps
Demonstrate excellent judgement, prioritization and communication of technical security risks
Act as a security liaison supporting business units
Must be well organized and able to leverage best practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to approach problems with an innovative, can-do attitude
Be a strong thought leader and clearly communicate and build support for ideas across different organizational units
Experience working with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, InsightVM, metasploit
Preferred
BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems
1-2 years' experience in Vulnerability Management
CISSP, SANS/GIAC, MS-500 certificates
