Responsibilities
Greet customers and answer incoming calls at the counter with professionalism and a friendly attitude
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale and WMS systems
Fulfill customer orders and arrange for product pickups
Collaborate with other team members to ensure inventory accuracy and product availability
Handle returns and exchanges professionally and in accordance with company policies
Be willing to find solutions and solve challenges
Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, even during busy periods
Maintain a clean and organized counter area
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in wholesale/distribution counter sales preferred
Previous experience in Plumbing and HVAC experience is a plus
Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help customers find solutions
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, collaborate, and improve
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Reliable and punctual
Proficiency in using technology, including point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and RFS/WMS scanners, and the ability to learn others
Strong organization and attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to lift and move heavy (30-50 lbs.) items occasionally
